Returns & Refunds Policy (Vintage / Second-hand Items)

Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is significantly not as described or the wrong item was sent.

Condition & Product Disclaimer

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and condition details for all items. Please note that vintage items may show natural signs of wear or aging consistent with their age — these are not considered defects.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item is significantly not as described
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with proof of purchase.

All return requests must be approved in advance. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

European Union

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer law. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, a reduction in the refund amount may apply.

United Kingdom

If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom, please note the following:

  • Import duties and taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable, as these are collected by UK customs authorities and are outside of our control.
  • In the event of an approved return, only the item price will be refunded. Original shipping costs and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs and any customs fees or import duties incurred when returning the item to Sweden must be prepaid by the customer. Returns where customs fees or duties are billed to us upon arrival will not be accepted and the item will not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
